Proposal
Our proposal based on the research we’ve done looking at other retreat centers is to suggest we pay Garden of Eden $3600 if we get 10, and a 15% share for each person after 10? (Registration rates will be $2000-$2500 based on housing, work-trade, etc).
We would look at using the small pavilion for our main ceremony space if we got 10 or less, and the big pavilion if we get more than 10.
Please pass that along and let us know what you think. We’re happy to get into more detail and hammer out a fuller agreement if this sounds like we're in the right range.

Greg Heffron and I are interested in hosting and facilitating a meditation retreat that's based in the principles of Tibetan Buddhism that interweaves formal sitting mediation, Dharma talks, mindful communication (see above website offered for more information), embodiment, song/music, myth, and sacred plant medicine for a select group of people that will be gathered together by invitation only, as well as a version suited for more local, open group.
